Zuzlap Terms of Service
Welcome to Zuzlap Services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). We operate a full range of products in the United States. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) are intended to clarify the rights and obligations between you and Zuzlap (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) and regulate the shopping and related service processes. 1. Scope of Service

- Order Creation: An order becomes effective once submitted on the platform and payment is completed, forming a service agreement between you and Zuzlap. Please carefully check order information (product model, shipping address, contact information, etc.) when placing your order to avoid errors.
- Order Editing and Changes: Orders can be edited or modified within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order enters the fulfillment process and can no longer be edited or changed. Any resulting loss is the responsibility of the user.
- Shipping and Delivery: Orders with available stock are usually shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Actual delivery takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times may be affected by logistics, weather, and other factors. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
3. Pricing and Tax Terms
- Product Prices: All product prices displayed on the platform include U.S. domestic taxes. There are no hidden fees. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you need to pay, with no additional U.S. domestic taxes required.
- Customs Duties: Customs duties are subject to the customs regulations of your delivery location. Zuzlap does not assume any responsibility for customs fees. If duties are incurred upon import, you are responsible for paying them in accordance with local customs requirements. The exact amount is determined by the local customs authority.
4. User Rights and Obligations
- You have the right to receive services in accordance with these Terms. You may contact customer service at any time regarding service-related questions and raise objections to services that do not comply with these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information and shipping details. Any failure to do so, resulting in unfulfilled orders, delayed logistics, or other issues, is your responsibility.
- You must comply with platform rules and these Terms and must not engage in illegal activities, fraudulent behavior, or other malicious actions. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate service, cancel orders, and will not bear any liability.
