  2. Review and Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, UTC+8:00) and confirm the fault and warranty plan via email or phone.
  3. Return the Product: Once approved, we will provide a return address and instructions via email. Please securely package the defective product and send it back (return shipping costs are initially borne by you; after completion of the warranty service, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs as applicable).
  4. Repair/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned product, we will complete inspection, repair, or replacement within 3–5 business days (timeline may vary depending on fault complexity).
