To protect your rights and ensure peace of mind while using our products, we have established this Warranty Policy, which clarifies the warranty scope, duration, and related procedures. 1. Warranty Period
All Zuzlap products come with a one-year (12 months) free warranty, starting from the date you receive the product (as indicated by the delivery record). If your product experiences a covered fault during the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement services.
2. Warranty Scope
This warranty applies only to faults caused by manufacturing defects, material issues, or normal use. Specific cases include, but are not limited to:
- Core components of the product (e.g., electrical mainboards, mechanical structures) that fail due to manufacturing issues.
- Cracking, peeling, or other material-related defects occurring without visible external damage (not caused by impact, scratches, or misuse).
- Functional abnormalities during normal use that are not caused by user error or external damage.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The following situations are not covered under this warranty. Free repair service will not be provided, but paid repair options may be available (costs subject to customer service quote):
- Products beyond the one-year warranty period.
- Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to: impacts, drops, scratches, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or misuse.
- Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, floods, fires, lightning, or other natural disasters).
- Cosmetic wear and tear, stains, deformation, or other non-functional issues.
- Products not purchased through official Zuzlap channels, or if the product serial number or warranty labels are altered, damaged, or missing.
- Malfunctions caused by using non-compatible accessories or consumables.
4. Warranty Application Procedure
If your product develops a covered fault during the warranty period, please follow the steps below for a smooth and efficient warranty service:
- Submit a Request: Email service@mail.zuzlap.com with the following information: Your name and contact information Order number Product name and model Description of the fault (attach clear photos or video evidence) Screenshot of the delivery confirmation/logistics record
- Review and Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, UTC+8:00) and confirm the fault and warranty plan via email or phone.
- Return the Product: Once approved, we will provide a return address and instructions via email. Please securely package the defective product and send it back (return shipping costs are initially borne by you; after completion of the warranty service, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs as applicable).
- Repair/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned product, we will complete inspection, repair, or replacement within 3–5 business days (timeline may vary depending on fault complexity). Repaired or replaced products will be shipped back according to standard shipping timelines (1–2 business days for dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays), with actual delivery taking 5–7 business days.
- Warranty Completion: After receiving the repaired or replaced product, please confirm that it is in proper working condition. If there are any issues, contact customer service immediately.
